All samples are shipped within 1 week by USPS.  All made to order pillows ship with a  2-4 week lead time via Fedex Ground. Showroom Furniture orders need to be arranged by contacting orders@ferrickmason.com. Fabric by the yard and wallcoverings ship via Fedex Ground.

Return Policy

All made to order products are final sale. We do not accept returns for any fabric or wallpaper. If an item is damaged or an incorrect product, please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving at orders@ferrickmason.com.  Any damaged or incorrect item will be exchanged for the same item. The customer is responsible for return shipping to Ferrick Mason Inc.
